This enriched program is thoughtfully designed to nurture both the intellectual and artistic talents of every student. By integrating these engaging arts electives into both hybrid schedules, we ensure that your child receives a comprehensive educational experience that prepares them academically and inspires creative self-expression.
Additional Note for Younger Students: For families with Kindergarten through Second Grade students, there’s also a drop-in single-day option. However, students in third grade and above need to choose one of the full hybrid or the Homeschool Friday options.

Both hybrid options now include dedicated arts electives in Dance, Visual Arts, Theater, and Creative Writing, ensuring every student has the opportunity to explore and express their creativity.

Application Process for Homeschool Students:
Homeschooling families have the flexibility to register for individual days as needed or opt for a hybrid model with students attending on predetermined days each week. Our daily schedule outlines activities for different days, helping families create a routine that fits their needs. Special classes, such as dance, drama, and music, available on drop-in days, are included in the daily tuition fee.

The Petite Dance Class for ages 3-5 offers a delightful introduction to the world of dance, focusing on fostering body and spatial awareness, as well as nurturing imagination through movement and music. In this class, young dancers engage with the fundamentals of ballet and tap, exploring movement through interactive dance games, captivating songs, and engaging rhythmical patterns. It's a place where the joy of dance begins, and creativity takes its first steps, all within a supportive and age-appropriate environment.

The Primary Ballet class for young dancers aged 5-7 is a wonderful introduction to the world of dance. The curriculum is designed to engage their imagination, enhance their musicality, and expand their movement vocabulary. This nurturing environment sets the stage for students to progress confidently to more advanced levels of ballet, equipped with discipline and a love of the art form.

Jazz 1 is a beginner-level dance class designed to introduce students to the vibrant world of jazz dance. This course covers fundamental techniques, including basic steps, rhythms, and stylizations that form the foundation of jazz dance. Students will explore movement quality, musicality, and expression, all within a supportive and energetic environment. By the end of the class, participants will have a solid understanding of jazz dance basics, ready to groove with confidence and flair.

Ballet Level 1 is the first year of formal classical ballet training. Ballet 1 offers ideal ballet classes for beginners ages 7 and up. Ballet Level 1 focuses on developing important skills and body awareness during this formative year, including proper posture and body alignment, coordination and strength, musicality, imaginative artistry, and French ballet terminology.

In these classes, young dancers learn basic steps such as ball heels, shuffles, and flaps, which lay the foundation for more complex routines. The focus is on developing timing, musicality, and coordination in a fun, supportive environment. Classes typically include a warm-up, skill-building exercises across the floor, and a combination of steps practiced in the center of the room. It's a place where children can express themselves through dance and begin to understand the joy of tap dancing.

Students will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of theater arts and acting. The course is tailored to welcome students with no prior experience, as well as those who may have previous involvement in drama classes or theater. Various creative drama techniques to build confidence and trust, stimulate imagination, movement, and role-play.
